据了解，公祭鼎采用熔模精密铸造工艺制作，虽说是非常传统、成熟的工艺，但鼎的文字及纹饰极其细小，没人敢掉以轻心，大家都想尽办法确保了公祭鼎浇铸成型的成功率。一般来说，常规制作这批鼎至少也要一个多月时间，现在只有半个多月的生产周期。为了抢进度，车间加班生产，把正常3天制作硅胶模的时间压缩到了一昼夜，蜡模工人连续加班一周完成全部蜡模的制作，制壳、浇注分批同步进行，鼎的铸造毛坯生产仅用了12天，紧接着进入表面修饰和着色阶段，至12月7日下午，前后16天时间，圆满完成了本批鼎的全部制作任务。成品公祭鼎色泽浑厚、质朴典雅、文字饱满、花纹精致。

The production of casting blank of the tripod took only 12 days, and then entered the stage of surface modification and coloring, until the end of December 7. In the afternoon, around 16 days, we successfully completed all the production tasks of this batch of tripod. The finished Gongyiding Ding is rich in color, simple and elegant, full in writing and exquisite in pattern.
