| 为什么拜菩萨？ Why do you worship Bodhisattva? （1）弥勒菩萨：包容、欢喜 (1) Maitreya Bodhisattva: tolerance and joy 第一要有肚量，要能包容； The first is to be able to tolerate. 第二要慈悲，要以欢喜心接待一切众生。所以弥勒菩萨代表的是生平等心，呈喜悦相。 Second, be merciful and welcome all living beings with joy. Therefore, Maitreya Bodhisattva represents the life of waiting for the heart, showing a joyful phase. （2）地藏菩萨：孝顺、恭敬 (2) Tibetan Bodhisattva: filial piety and respect 地藏菩萨所表示的是孝亲尊师，所以一部《地藏经》就是佛门的《孝经》，我们从这个地方学起。无论哪一个宗派，哪一个法门，都是从孝亲尊师做起。然后把孝亲尊师扩大，能够孝顺、恭敬一切众生，这就是拜菩萨了。 The Bodhisattva of Tibet expresses filial piety and respect for teachers, so one of the Sutras of Tibet is the Sutra of filial piety of Buddhism, which we have learned from this place. No matter which sect or method, it starts with filial piety and respect for teachers. Then expand the filial piety and respect for teachers, and be able to be filial and respectful to all living beings. This is Bodhisattva worship. （3）观世音菩萨：大慈、大悲 (3) Avalokitesvara: great compassion 观音菩萨表示大慈大悲，慈是使他人快乐，悲是帮助他人解脱烦恼和痛苦。慈悲一切、怜悯一切、救护一切众生，就是大慈大悲。拜菩萨，就是以菩萨为榜样，长养自己的慈悲心，利益他人，造福社会。 Guanyin Bodhisattva expresses great compassion. Compassion is to make others happy. Compassion is to help others get rid of their troubles and pains. Compassion for all, compassion for all, and the rescue of all sentient beings is compassion. To worship Bodhisattva is to take Bodhisattva as an example, cultivate one's own compassion, benefit others and benefit the society. （4）文殊菩萨：智慧、善巧 (4) Manjusri Bodhisattva: wisdom, skillfulness 文殊师利菩萨，代表的是大智慧，圆满的智慧，绝对不是迷惑颠倒，感情用事。佛门常说：“慈悲为本，方便为门。”拜菩萨，就是学习开发自己的智慧，为人处世，善巧方便，得当适宜。 Manjusri Bodhisattva represents great wisdom and perfect wisdom, which is definitely not confusion and emotion. Buddha often said: "compassion is the foundation, convenience is the door." To worship Bodhisattva is to learn and develop one's own wisdom, to be a person, to be skillful and convenient, to be appropriate. （5）普贤菩萨：应用、实践 (5) Bodhisattva: application and Practice 普贤菩萨代表实践，把孝敬、慈悲、智慧，应用、落实在日常生活当中。我们穿衣吃饭、学习工作、待人接物，能够把孝敬、慈悲、智慧，应用、落实在其中，这叫做普贤菩萨。拜菩萨，就是学习知行合一、解行相应。 The Bodhisattva represents practice and puts filial piety, compassion, wisdom, application and implementation into daily life. We dress and eat, study and work, and treat people and things. We can put filial piety, compassion, wisdom, application and implementation into it. This is called the Bodhisattva. To worship a Bodhisattva is to learn to combine knowledge with practice and to understand and act accordingly. |
